24–26 April 189th Table of Honour
From 24 to 26 April, the 189th edition of La Table d’Honneur celebrates spring at the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant L'Almandin. Entitled “AQUÍ” — “here” in Catalan — this new experience showcases seasonal cuisine that is vibrant and authentic, deeply rooted in the Roussillon region. Throughout this event, Chef Frédéric Bacquié showcases exceptional locally sourced produce, selected from passionate local producers, paired with wines from the Olivier Pithon estate.
