From 24 to 26 April, the 189th edition of La Table d’Honneur celebrates spring at the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant L'Almandin. Entitled “AQUÍ” — “here” in Catalan — this new experience showcases seasonal cuisine that is vibrant and authentic, deeply rooted in the Roussillon region. Throughout this event, Chef Frédéric Bacquié showcases exceptional locally sourced produce, selected from passionate local producers, paired with wines from the Olivier Pithon estate.

Alexy Algar-Denos, sous-chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant L’Almandin, is participating in the 17th season of Top Chef on M6.

As long as he remains in the competition, we are offering a special evening every Wednesday: settle in on the bistro side and let yourself be surprised by a menu inspired by Alexy’s creations, featured in the episodes, while watching the show in a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere.
